My work began with my own healing journey. Through EFT and inner child work, I was able to release deep emotional stress and reconnect with myself and that transformation changed everything.Today, I support individuals in gently accessing and releasing stored emotional pain using EFT, Inner Child Healing, and The Journey process. I help people feel lighter, calmer, emotionally safe, and more empowered from within.I currently offer private sessions and am preparing to launch group healing spaces.I am an Accredited Journey Practitioner and am awaiting final international EFT certification.
