About Bellanitta G.
My admiration of real estate started when I was little because of my dad. My dad is a general contractor who started in the business as a concrete finisher and now builds custom homes. As a little girl, I enjoyed seeing the evolution of a job from start to finish. This exposure sparked a life-long love of real estate while also instilling the importance of hard work and dedication.I graduated from California State University Channel Islands (CSUCI) with a BA in English. I also have an AA in Marketing from the Fashion Institute of Design and Marketing (FIDM) where I specialized in creating and implementing marketing campaigns. While working at International Workplace Group (IWG), I enjoyed getting to know my clients while helping them find the perfect office solutions. My professional background in sales along with my education has provided me with outstanding negotiations skills, effective marketing acumen, and a steadfast commitment to my clients’ satisfaction.I joined the Laura Anderson Real Estate Group in March 2020 as a Real Estate Assistant, just when everything was shutting down. I quickly began learning the intricacies of the real estate market with an emphasis on helping people. I am happy to be working for the team as the Buyer’s Agent. I pride myself in making every experience positive, no matter how stressful and daunting the journey can seem to be. With my integrity and good humor, I am always there for you to alleviate the stress and help you secure your dream life.I live in Hollywood with my husband and dog, a corgi-shepherd mix named Ghost. Last year, Ghost suffered from stage 5 intervertebral disc disease. Ghost is currently in active recovery and is happy. You can catch me with Ghost, running around in his wheel cart, at Pan Pacific Park, The La Brea Tar Pits, and Plummer Park.
