About Isabella Martinez Luna
As an Associate Artist at Blizzard Entertainment, I work alongside Character Supervisors to ship multiple seasons of Overwatch 2 in the Skins team. I oversee outsource assets and polish texture/model when needed, adjust skinning of character and weapon models to be production ready, and model/texture/implement weapon and character assets in game. I also revise and update assets to be in budget within production, troubleshoot asset bugs when needed, and help oversee 80+ Skins per season. I am passionate about storytelling, stylized artwork, films and games, and I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Animation from the Academy of Art University. I have also completed a certificate in Animation, Interactive Technology, Video Graphics and Special Effects from Naska Digital. I have previously worked as a Junior 3D Artist at nWay Inc. and a 3D Character Artist at IGNITE Animation Studios, where I was responsible for hard surface character modeling, environment/props modeling, texture, lookdev, and lighting. I have won multiple awards and honors, such as the Runner Up for the Annual Spring Show of the Animation and Visual Effects School 2019, the Draft Selection 2019 - 3D Animation, and the Finalist -VFX for the Rookies. I have also published my work in The Rookies, Academy of Art University, and Claro Colombia. I am proficient in Autodesk Arnold, Texture Art, Digital Painting, and I speak English and Spanish.
