ABOUT BELLA SUNTHORNPONG
Master of Accounting student at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School on the CPA track, with a background in Economics and Psychology. I am developing expertise in tax and economic analysis as a foundation to solve complex business and policy challenges. During my undergraduate studies, I conducted economic research on traffic congestion, applying microeconomic theory to quantify welfare losses, and recommend evidence-based congestion pricing policies. Beyond academics, I represented Thailand as Miss Global Thailand 2025, earning a Top 20 placement internationally. The experience strengthened my ability to communicate with impact, adapt quickly to high-pressure situations, and build meaningful relationships across diverse backgrounds. I am motivated by opportunities to combine tax technical knowledge, research insights, and interpersonal skills to deliver value in every professional setting, and to grow into a well-rounded leader.
