ABOUT BELLA NAVARRO
Hello! My name is Bella Navarro and I will be graduating from the University of San Francisco with a BSN in May 2026. My time at USF has been rooted in a holistic passion for diverse communities with an emphasis on leadership. With experience as a Resident Advisor, a Peer Tutor, and a Nursing Students\' Association board member, I have harbored the skills necessary to make a motivating and transformational leader. I am excited to continue my education as I complete my BSN-MSN/CNL asynchronous program at USF in July 2027. As a Postnatal Care Specialist, I have been extremely fortunate to support new families as they transition from pregnancy to the postpartum period. This role has been formative to my goals as a future nurse by giving me the opportunity to invest in family-centered care. After completing my senior capstone rotation at Stanford’s Medical Oncology ICU, I have honed my skills of time management, effective communication, and teamwork in critical care settings. Most importantly, I learned how invaluable compassion and advocacy are for patients and families in their vulnerable moments. These experiences will be invaluable as I apply to new graduate residency programs and start my career.Besides studying and working, I enjoy going on hikes in the bay area, reading a good book, or baking for my loved ones! I look forward to connecting with you and hope our paths cross :)
