Collaborating with a student group and Sasha Bruce Youthwork to develop a targeted health literacy campaign addressing the opioid epidemic in Washington, DC-Developing culturally relevant and accessible educational materials tailored for intergenerational families and caregivers, utilizing resources from LIVE. LONG. D.C.’s database of surveys, forums, and focus groups-Creating and disseminating informational flyers in high-visibility community locations (e.g, bus stops) to raise awareness of resources and points of contact for support-Coordinating with organizational leaders and CDC representatives, integrating feedback, and delivering a final campaign with measurable community engagement outcomes.
