ABOUT BELINDA WEIR

Systems leadership and OD consultant, coach, senior leader, keynote speaker and facilitator with substantial complex systems leadership experience and interest in developing collaborative and integrated leadership approaches to support transformation in health and social care. I have devised, delivered and evaluated many highly-regarded and successful programmes for leaders in the health & care system such as lead designer and faculty on the NHS LA Leading for Systems Change offer, the Foundations in System Leadership online programme, the Aspiring DsPH programme. I have directed national programmes such as Nye Bevan Programme, the Clinical Executive Fast-Track Scheme, Strategic Clinical Leaders at The King\'s Fund and Transforming the NHS with the NHS NWLA. A former charity Chief Executive and Deputy Chair of the board of an NHS Foundation Trust, I have particular expertise in supporting Board and senior leader development, promoting individual and system development through building leadership capability, leading and supporting major change programmes in and across all sectors, establishing market-leading healthcare services, devising and delivering high quality, creative and innovative approaches to meeting personal and organisational development needs. Qualified to administer NHS Healthcare Leadership model, accredited in MBTI (I and II), Firo-B, Insights Discovery, Oshry Power+Systems, Blanchard Situational Leadership II and Prince2. My team, The Forrests, came third in Season 15 of Only Connect. I’d like that on my gravestone.
