Lead a team of learning and development professionals to build the expertise of local and international staff to meet the goals of the mission. We analyze the past, present, and future needs of local staff and develop local courses and on-the-job learning opportunities to advance their skills and competencies. We also drive the evaluation program (performance management framework) and facilitate its connection to employee learning goals. A primary new project is the creation and launch of employee development strategy which puts employees in control of their careers and provides them with the counsel, tools, education and support they require to succeed in their goals.
