Belinda founded her firm Belinda Tang Consultancy following an international career with the IBM Corporation. She services clients on global talent management and professional coaching. A strategic multi-disciplined executive with deep industry experience in Information Technology and Professional Services, Belinda is skilled in leading complex, large-scale organization change often during times of transition and disruption. Former IBM Corporation\'s Vice President, Leadership and Global Chief Diversity Officer, and Head of HR for IBM’s Consulting business in developed and emerging markets; she is a results driven leader who is focused on client centricity, industry leadership, and diversity for a new era. She was a member of IBM’s Global Human Resources Operating Team who develops people and culture policies and strategic direction for IBM, operating in over 170 countries. She has executive experience as a General Manager, Head of Finance, and Vice President, Human Resources. Belinda is a Columbia University Credentialed Executive and Organization Coach, a graduate from Columbia University\'s Graduate Program on Executive and Organization Coaching. As a professional coach, she also brings leadership expertise in strategy, organization performance, talent development and C-Suite succession. A graduate from the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto, Belinda received her Master of Human Resources Management from York University.
