Employee & Client Experience Management:As the central communication liaison between Clients, Candidates, and Staffing Managers, promptly respond to inquiries and effectively address concerns or issues affecting Candidates and Employees. Proactively manage Employee adherence to assignment details and attendance policies, collaborating with Staffing Managers to ensure thorough preparation for each placement. Regularly gather feedback from Candidates and Employees to develop process improvement measures. Anticipate the needs of Clients and Candidates, sharing relevant information and communicating proactively. Maintain communication with Clients, seeking feedback and identifying business development opportunities. Collaborate with account managers to enhance client retention efforts and tailor services to meet unique needs.Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Coordination:Drive innovation in Candidate engagement and attraction through advanced approaches in job posting, advertising, and networking. Respond urgently to incoming orders, conducting sourcing, screening, and interviewing Candidates across various job categories. Represent the Staff Shop brand and values through interviews, onsite presence, and recruitment events. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations while managing hiring, terminations, performance management, and health and safety issues with kindness and respect.Crisis Management and Relationship Building:Handle urgent matters and emergencies swiftly, collaborating with internal teams for resolution. Resolve conflicts diplomatically, embodying the firm\'s values, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. Cultivate a sense of community among the staffing workforce, advocating for Clients and Candidates. Implement initiatives for Client appreciation, Candidate recognition, and social responsibility. Additionally, provide supervision for events as needed.

Personally my passion for service has been ongoing for 25 years in this great city of Toronto. While the bulk of my career has been at the entertainment venues (Scotiabank Arena, Rogers Centre, Budweiser Stage) I also have experience in the restaurant industry as well as corporate catering including the Rogers head office with over 200 boardrooms as well as one of the big six Canadian law firms, Blakes Cassels and Graydon.I am committed to equality and inclusion, and enabling growth for my colleagues and all those around me. I aim to create supportive environments built upon a pillar of shared success. I believe in learning from differences and fostering a sense of belonging and connection within teams.
