About Belinda Buell

Belinda has a diverse background in the financial services industry with experience in billing, P&C insurance, retail banking, consumer lending, mortgage originations, hiring top talent, and project/program management. Her current role is creating efficiencies and driving business through effective call contact center channel management. In addition to telephony management, she serves as the business contact for two 3rd party mortgage call center partners - Teleperformance and LQ Digital. Belinda\'s strength is in creating innovative campaigns and presentations to increase sales effectiveness. She prides herself on being a subject matter expert in all the roles she has been a part of, but more importantly, if she does not know the answer she knows where her resources are to get the answer. She is passionate about building solid relationships across the enterprise. Belinda is also very passionate about continuously learning and, as a result, has an AMP, Associate in Insurance Services, a Bachelors degree in Business Management, an MBA, Leading SAFe Certification, a Certified Project Management Certification, and is Six Sigma Yellow Belt trained. She also completed the MBA Future Leaders Program and working towards her CMB.
