And I’ve been fortunate to be able to weave them together in my career.I’ve spent the past fifteen or so years helping organizations design, develop and implement competency assessment programs. I have global experience in assessment strategy and stakeholder engagement in business sectors as diverse as medicine, construction and higher education. Working with multidisciplinary teams, I’ve spearheaded assessment design projects for higher education admissions tests and facilitated the development of innovative assessment items and formats for allied health and accounting credentialing programs.I have a knack for creating compelling narratives that communicate complex information in an engaging and informative way. My appreciation for the written word and visual storytelling have enabled me to create impactful reports, presentations, and other communication materials that have assisted stakeholders with making informed decisions.My career in assessment strategy has been built upon previous professional experience in health data management, process improvement and higher education. This diverse professional background has enhanced my ability to be adaptable and resourceful.
