Talking about myself in general terms has never been something I like doing; ask me specifics and we can go from there. That being said I can say I am an introvert in the beginning of any encounter (work or personal) this allows me the chance to absorb the different personalities and work ethic around so I can focus on learning my role. Once I have gained the passion of doing my job (say a few weeks), I slowly come out of my introverted shell and network with colleagues and others from other departments. Soon I become the go-to- girl for everything and I am always willing to help or help find the answer.been this way since my days at Northeastern. As a Coordinator, scheduling was like puzzling, sometimes the pieces came together instantly or times it took a lot longer to figure out; it was my favorite past-time to do with my mom as kid. Working with my team and candidates always helps, I\'m never afraid to ask for help, sometimes they see or rearrange things to make it happen. My team consisted of two recruiters, 75 managers, and countless members.yes at times it was a lot. Have you ever scheduled a three hour interview with 12 panelist? Well, I have.nationally and sometimes four of those schedules with the same group on the same day! Once the day is done, I zone out with a walk with my dog or grabs drinks with friends to catch up. Or traveling the world with friends or literally go on a solo adventure to test my survival skills. When work is not enough to keep me busy, I love creating gift baskets and the occasional social gatherings. I also am a member of NAACP, member and have been a E-board member of YPN-ULEM, and currently a member and Tamiochus (Treasurer) of Lambda Kappa Sigma Chapter of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. So there\'s a lot of layers to who I am, it\'s just a matter of peeling the layers while I bloom. There you will discover how passionate I am about giving my best to work and life.
