I am a leader in the Service Development function at AMS, with accountability for the client design workstream. I contribute to the development of new services and methodologies to strategically innovate with AMS customers and drive measurable enhanced outcomes.As a design thinking practitioner, I consult with AMS customers to design and evolve their talent acquisition and talent management solutions, applying my solution architecture expertise to operationalise the strategic plans. In 2025 these engagements have included designs featuring increased leverage of AI, moves towards talent orchestration, thoughtful refocusing of roles and responsibilities, and introduction of total talent and skills-based hiring constructs.Prior to my current role, I initially joined AMS as Head of Solution Design, with RPO solution architect accountabilities. I then led the global function - bringing together individuals into a cohesive team environment with continued operational architecture responsibilities, before transitioning to a design strategy role which blended service development responsibilities with accountability for solution design with customers facing particularly complex or significant talent acquisition changes.
