Designed and developed 4S algorithm (Superior Seed Set Selection in social networks) by leveraging R-igraph library to enhance top seed selection for graph data Currently being referred and used by 18 researchers across the globe.• Designed and developed a Parallel community detection algorithm (P4S), using graphx from Apache Spark, which performs parallel processing on social network data. Currently being referred and used by 5 researchers across the globe.• Designed and developed a COVID-19 Peak Prediction algorithm using logistic regression and epidemic modeling algorithms (SIR, SEIR) on top of Covid-19’s daily case data between Jan 2020 to Mar 2020. Currently being referred and used by 14 researchers across the globe.• Built a Graph based Chatbot for Cancer patients, by sourcing data (using rvest, BeautifulSoup) from multiple cancer forums and generated knowledge graph (using neo4J) which provides cancer-related information to patients on-demand. Currently being referred and used by 56 researchers across the globe.• Designed and developed a deep learning model using CNN algorithm for “Brain tumor classification and segmentation”, which has been referred and used by 6 researchers across the globe for their use-cases.
