ABOUT BELEN OKEZIE
I am a sophomore at Cornell University pursuing a B.S. in Urban and Regional Studies with a minor in Applied Economics. I am interested in affordable housing finance, real estate development, and land use policy, with a focus on how financing tools and public policy can expand access to housing. My experience analyzing housing and income data has strengthened my interest in using economic and data-driven approaches to support equitable urban development.
