Support the build and production operation of the Hertz Next-Gen FFS platforms. • Design, build, and test activities during the project implementation and support it post the implementation. • Act as a project manager and main Poc with technical team • Work closely with technology and business leaders as well as vendors in a global support model for Next-Gen FFS. • Deliver projects focused on Next-Gen FFS - Establish new contracts in the system • Provide support for Next-FFS & PA running on the Hertz Oracle Cloud & SAP platform • Support daily activities and reporting • Support integrations with Hertz internal applications & third-party vendors. • Consult and advise Hertz business partners on strategic project objectives • Provide project status reports to the Technology PMO • Maintain SOX controls and audit documentation • Create and maintain test scripts • Provide L1/L2 support in troubleshooting high priority incidents accordingly • Engage with the business users at various levels to understand business needs and translate findings into clearly defined business requirements documentation for both Next-Gen FFS, ETL, Cognos and RPA • Perform system integration testing and user acceptance testing and provide functional support to users • Manage project scope and change requests Key liaison to collaborate with U.S. & EMEA Treasury to assess available cash, forecast, and refine operational liquidity strategy. • Align forecasting and liquidity tasks for better governance and process control. • Develop and/or improve cash and liquidity reporting to capture essential information for management. • Develop and maintain policies and procedures that clearly define control metrics and processes to protect the Company’s assets. • Directly oversee and closely manage cash flows, collections, payments, funding process from local and global facilities. • Maintain commercial banking relations • Provide insights on auto sector Treasury, Risk and Financial Services best practices.
