Developed and led team of project managers and store designers, facilitating strong delivery of all projects and innovation initiatives on North America scale (~9800 stores). Created and executed strategic roadmaps for project execution, product development, product improvement and concept development (store design + new product development) Developed Digital Food Safety solution and oversaw 2-year rollout to ~6K stores, delivering 4 months ahead of schedule, resulting in 30 minutes time savings/store/day and significantly enhancing food safety controls. Developed, tested, trained, and implemented full PMO toolset in Smartsheet including 15+ components integrated and automated, communicating between tools and outbound through email. Oversaw design development, testing and execution of new program concepts including architectural, fixture, equipment, and marketing elements. Delivered over $4M of annualized savings on energy programs with less than $100K investment. Improved project speed to market by 65% through enhanced project manager selection and development standardized tools, effective prioritization, and communication strategies.
