Leading both the talent team and transformation office to support K2 Services 500+ employees worldwide at K2 Services (Premier IT Management Service provider to the legal industry). On the Talent front my role to oversee everything from recruiting and onboarding, through payroll and benefit and into performance management, training and development. The one common thread in this role is the importance of empowering our greatest asset - our people. This role provides me with the opportunity to apply both my strategic change agent expertise along with my passion for talent development and empowerment to move the company into its next stage of evolution!On the transformation front, I co-lead the Transformation Office and sit as the nominated Chair of the Senior Leadership Committee. This role enables me to lead, facilitate, guide the transformation of the company - from building culture through common mission, values, language through execution on transformational business plans to unify operations, service delivery and community.
