   My counseling practice is rooted in the belief that life can be incredibly difficult and sometimes we need a little extra support. I believe that it is through connection that we can find healing, growth, and meaning. I use an eclectic approach that blends psychotherapy, CBT/DBT, art therapy, dance therapy, narrative therapy, and concepts from internal family systems (IFS). I also provide couples counseling and approach couples work through a blend of attachment theory and the Gottman approach. I work to create safe spaces for clients to come as they are so that we can work together as a team to create a better life. With a trauma-informed lens, I combine different therapeutic approaches to create a personalized counseling experience to help each client with their own unique goals.
