When FutureGov became TPXimpact in 2021 I was appointed Chief Designer as part of the new company structure. This role has since transitioned into Chief Design Officer, where I work as part of our leadership team, responsible for design and research in the organisation.

ABOUT BEN HOLLIDAY
I’m an experienced design and digital leader. I work with organisations on the strategic and creative direction of user centred design teams and transformation programmes.I’m passionate about using design to deliver impact in the public sector. I also have extensive commercial experience having spent over 22 years delivering design, research and user experience for digital products and services. During this time I’ve worked for the Government Digital Service (GDS) and the Department for Work & Pensions (DWP) in the UK government, as well as with organisations in the arts, not-for-profit, charity, education, and financial sectors. As a designer and leader, I’ve worked on a number of significant projects, bringing together digital design work and technology delivery. I’m equally comfortable moving between and working at an organisation and system level, as well as working on end to end services and on individual products.Working as a visible figurehead for design in my current role I published a book about Digital Transformation in 2022 - Multiplied. I also blog at benholliday.com. I speak regularly at design, digital and other conferences snd have keynoted events in the UK, Europe and Australia.
