   Trained, tested, and implemented a machine learning-based approach to track mouse behavior associated with disease indications and oversaw productionizing the workflow in the cloud to accelerate our drug discovery pipeline (>50x). Designed and optimized RP-HPLC fractionation strategies for difficult to detect lipophilic small molecules. Collaborated across teams to use Raman spectroscopy to accelerate molecule and activity based-fractionation of lipophilic natural products. In conjunction with high resolution mass spectrometry data, this approach could help reduce the chemical search space to home in on chemical moieties present on the target molecule and substantially speed molecule ID. Optimized neuronal cell assays to screen natural products for analgesic and antipruritic activities. Gathered and synthesized market intelligence to guide strategic decisions regarding drug delivery, chemical modifications and toxicity, and opportunities for applications of our lead compound for unmet clinical indications. Prepared quarterly and annual reports and presented them to vertical stakeholders and established relationships with strategic research advisors. Conducted due diligence to evaluate biotech partnership opportunities.
