Develop, modify, and tune steady-state and dynamic process models to optimize the performance of process industry assets across the CAPEX and OPEX cycles and increase Alternative Energy Credit (AEC) for the plant. My work resulted in significant revenue increases for the plant • Create automated daily, weekly and monthly reports for various departments for KPI, emission and efficiency of plant • Collaborate with Asset optimization and EHS department to prepare reports for DOER, EPA, ISONE • Performed engineering analysis and economics to determine the heat rate, operating cost and heat loss in plant • Build innovative software solutions that provides customers with detailed reporting, including 15-minute building usage for demand calculation and hourly usage data as well as data trends for all building performance and energy usage (electricity, chilled water, steam) and forecast their usage using machine learning toolbox (OSI PI, MATLAB) • Implemented forecasting model to improve chillers and boiler dispatch which reduced the plant’s gas consumption and auxiliary load • Provide energy consulting services to improve building and energy usage performance for various hospital campuses. • Perform carbon emissions analyses and dispatch model to retrofit the new heat recovery chillers for Massachusetts BERDO Carbon Emissions Proposal • Work with financial and Asset optimization team to develop a model to forecast energy margin model • Partner with IT and control department to implement upgrade for the control network as well as DMZ for DeltaV, PLC, HVAC system, Modbus, PI system • Develop the network for real-time relay protection analysis based on GE multilin relays and pipe data to the OSI PI and ClearSCADA system • Collaborate with I&C team to improve & upgrade configuration logic block on PLC and DeltaV
