About Beeshan Surya S
Hi, I’m Beeshan Surya S, currently pursuing a B.E. in Electronics and Communication at BMS College of Engineering, Bengaluru. My journey began at Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Dakshina Kannada—one of the top Navodaya schools in the country. This incredible residential school not only shaped who I am today but also gave me direction and purpose. It was here that I discovered my love for books and developed a passion for learning. I am honored to be a Vahani Scholar, selected as one of 50 students across India in 2022. Vahani has been a life-changing experience—offering full financial support, mentorship, and transformative workshops. Through Vahani, I had my first flight experience and the chance to meet inspiring leaders and changemakers from various fields. These moments have broadened my horizons, strengthened my aspirations, and motivated me to strive for excellence. At BMS College of Engineering, I am exploring various courses and finding my interests. The supportive environment and access to practical learning have helped me grow both academically and personally. Recently, I’ve developed a keen interest in VLSI (Very Large-Scale Integration) and look forward to learning more about this exciting field.
