So many organisations are driving major transformation, change and IT integration programmes covering people, process and technology, so I have positioned myself as a highly proficient Senior Programme/ Project Manager who can take ownership for the smooth delivery of these initiatives to maximise ROI. I consider myself commercially astute, a natural leader who motivates and empowers others towards the attainment of common goals, and engages effectively with key stakeholders and business users of all levels to secure ‘buy-in’. As a consummate professional, I have operated within the Public and Private sectors for leading organisations such as Page Group, Royal Free London NHS Trust and Credit Suisse. My background in business analysis has given me a firm grounding from which to build project and programme management expertise, and I embed best practices such as PRINCE2 and Agile to shape robust governance structures. My accomplishments to date have included: £3.1m National IT Programme: Picture Archiving Communication System (PACS)- led the deployment of electronic imaging solutions to introduce central retrieval/review. £300k Digital Voice Recognition: Implemented a new digital voice recognition solution for radiologists, which enabled the reduction of headcount from 10 to 4. Succeeded in delivering financial and management reporting solutions for Lazard Bank, using nVision, Query and Essbase, as a Management Consultant for KPMG. Played a lead role in the streamlining of the Accounts Payable cycle for Nationwide Building Society, and provided valuable support to KPMG’s internal consulting practice on PeopleSoft GL/AP. By nature I am adaptable and motivated, able to assimilate quickly into new regulated environments and drive the delivery of advanced digital, mobile and IT-based solutions, underpinning large-scale transformations.
