Oversee the Private Label Quality Management System and the Global Product Compliance program. I ensure products meet or exceed the highest quality, safety & regulatory standards. Drive operational excellence across the business and lead in supplier discussions on lean manufacturing concepts, including: P/FMEA, PDCA, Value Stream Mapping, DMAIC, Pareto Analysis. Knowledge of licensor compliance, including Lucas/Disney FAMA, Hasbro, and Sony. Key Accomplishments: 1. Negotiated a SKU cost-down initiative with supplier and improved margins by 19% that saved the company over 2. Inherited Director of Global Compliance role overseeing Product Safety and Global Compliance responsibilities, successfully leading a team of four, and immediately modernized processes. Program Manager for SEC Conflict Minerals. Led the 2022 audit successfully engaging vendors and obtaining their full cooperation. I closed out the project three weeks ahead of schedule, providing ample time for Legal team to review and finalize the SEC Conflict Mineral report. Achieved a YoY reduction of 0.51% in Private Label product returns through a comprehensive approach to quality management: Participated in product development, factory NPI, 3rd party lab test and inspections, and deployed quality assurance checks. QA\'d 150+ products prior to launch and meticulously tested & approved the best products; therefore, showcase a portfolio star rating of 4.64 under my management, compared to a star rating of 4.16 for products that were not under my oversight. Identified a leaking battery safety hazard with the RC Toy and took immediate action to initiate a Return to Vendor action with an opportunity cost of $250k.
