As an experienced Volunteer Manager, I\'m focused on engaging volunteers by providing great volunteer opportunities to be involved in meaningful service.Furthermore, I\'m passionate about influential leadership and developing a culture of accountability within my teams to drive results.    As Co-Chair of the AAPI Resource Group, we serve as a dedicated platform to highlight the rich contributions of Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders to the American Red Cross and society at large. Our mission is to create a more inclusive community by uplifting the diverse experiences of AAPI+ members, increasing representation in youth and leadership roles, and fearlessly accomplished through partnerships and collaboration-Increased membership yearly with currently 500+ AAPI Resource Group members engaged across the nation-Work closely with National Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion team to collaborate with other Team Member Resource Groups-Hosted several panel discussions with key AAPI Leaders internal and external to Red Cross to raise awareness of underrepresentation of AAPI in both employee and management level-Created \"Bamboo Ceiling\" themed exhibition booth at Red Cross National Leadership Expo to share AAPI challenges and priorities within the Red Cross
