ABOUT BEE DEVINE

Chief Operating Officer of Garden Studios, London\'s most technologically advanced film and TV studios, offering a wide variety of stages, production spaces and innovative solutions. As a senior leader with 25 years of experience across operations, production and business planning, I have large scale transformation and strategic delivery expertise with a collaborative approach and people focus. Prior to Garden Studios, I was leading Sky Studios Operations across business, production, content delivery, strategic initiatives and change programmes, including setting up in-house production capability and Sky Studios Elstree. I have been an avid supporter of Sky\'s Net Zero Carbon ambitions and key driver of talent development and safeguarding initiatives with active roles across Industry Skills Task Force, CIISA\'s set up phase and ScreenSkills skills passport. I also ran various strategic programmes and business areas across Sky, including the build of Content Resource Planning and Content Supply Chain Metadata platforms, aligning Group operations, introducing optimisation and bringing higher customer value. I have previously worked across TV production and broadcast facilities management within the independent sector.
