Narinder Jit Singh is a technology-driven leader with more than two decades of experience across insurance operations and catastrophe modelling, primarily within the commercial insurance and reinsurance domain. His career has been shaped by hands-on operational leadership combined with a strong focus on technology-enabled transformation.Currently serving as Vice President – Automation and Business Intelligence at AXA XL, Narinder is the Global Business Owner for the Insurance Workbench and leads enterprise-wide automation and business intelligence initiatives across the Enterprise Shared Services (ESS) organisation. He has co-led cross-regional rollouts and adoption programmes, driving change management and compliance enablement for underwriting workbench solutions across shared service centres in Poland and India.Narinder works closely with underwriting and operations teams to translate complex business and regulatory requirements into practical, scalable solutions. Through process automation and data-led insights, he has helped reduce cycle times, strengthen governance, and improve consistency across global operations. He also provides programme oversight and dashboard stewardship to ensure transparency, performance tracking, and sustained value delivery.With a strong belief that successful transformation sits at the intersection of people, process, and technology, Narinder is particularly focused on building future-ready operating models that align strategic objectives with operational excellence and improved customer outcomes.He is an alumnus of the Indian School of Business (ISB), where he completed the Strategic Digital Leadership Programme, and the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow, having completed the Executive General Management Programme.
