ABOUT BEDIAKO JEAN-CHARLES ASARE
I am a high school student at Milton Academy with strong interests in business, leadership, economics, and community-based impact, particularly through athletics and mentorship. I founded and direct a youth soccer camp serving children ages 4–12, where I design training programs, coach daily sessions, and manage operations to create an environment centered on discipline, teamwork, and confidence-building.In addition to my entrepreneurial work, I serve as Co-Head and Senior Advisor of Brother Bonding, an affinity group supporting Black and Latino boys through mentorship and dialogue, and served as a Transitions Program and New Student Orientation Mentor, helping new students navigate academic and social life at a new elite prep school. I also work in alumni and business relations as a Development Ambassador for Milton Academy, supporting fundraising and engagement initiatives.Through varsity athletics, coaching, and community leadership, I’ve built strong skills in leadership, communication, and program development. I’m especially interested in economics and finance, and I’m motivated by opportunities that apply quantitative thinking to create scalable, real-world value.
