I am an R&D engineer with 12+ years of experience in materials processing, process development, and characterization resulting in 3 patents invention and over 21 research publications. With my expertise in design of experiments, process optimization, analytical characterization, process analytics and problem solving, I am looking to joining a group of Engineers/Scientists that are committed to making a difference in people’s lives with innovations and solving complex problems. Recognized for outstanding work ethics as evidenced by the development of novel processes, scaleup, validation, and commercialization of product. I enjoy working on challenging problems, troubleshooting issues, data mining, collaborating with people, and root cause investigation for corrective actions. I have a cross-disciplinary educational background: Materials Science, Analytical Chemistry, and Engineering, which can help me towards rapidly learning and deep understanding of research projects. I was fortunate to conceive ideas and establish 4 new lines of research during my Ph.D. which is briefly explained below in the experience section.
