Bare Metal Standard Inc. starting experimenting with franchising in 2009 as the expansion model for a family owned commercial kitchen exhaust cleaning company. This industry of work is not new, however the industry itself lacks rationalization. The family business began in 1964, and is joined by hundreds of small family owned operations servicing small geographies across the United States. The concept of expanding our process began in the early 1990’s when contract consolidators proved that national companies would pay for a single point of contact when sourcing many preventative maintenance services; this remains constant today. To bring consistency to customers from region to region in an industry where there is little performance standards, we started Bare Metal Standard Inc. with a focus exclusively on building and supporting a national franchise brand. Our team collectively holds decades of experience. My business partner, Mike Taylor and his family have been involved in the industry since 1964. Mike has a lifetime of knowledge and advancement in the kitchen exhaust cleaning industry. Bare Metal Standard Inc. leverages these many years of experience, tools and processes to provide a consistent level of performance across all its franchisees and provides the operational tools and knowledge to help franchisees meet operational metrics necessary to uphold a healthy and vibrant business.
