Develop scientifically accurate, evidence-based, and marketing-aligned content across multiple platforms, including visual aids, detailers, leave-behinds, digital assets (emails, websites, banners, social posts), HCP engagement materials (webinars, newsletters, slide decks), and patient education resources (brochures, videos, FAQs).• Translate complex clinical and scientific information into clear, engaging, and audience-appropriate narratives that support education, awareness, and commercial objectives.• Collaborate closely with brand, medical affairs, regulatory, and creative teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, messaging consistency, and strong cross-functional alignment.• Support project proposal development through content-audit assistance, gap analysis, messaging quality assessment, and recommendations for improvement.• Maintain internal content repositories, editorial documentation, and style guides to support quality, consistency, and scalability.• Conduct literature reviews and monitor therapeutic area developments, competitive activities, and emerging publications to strengthen content relevance and credibility.• Ensure adherence to pharma content and medical-legal-regulatory (MLR) compliance frameworks, including OPPI, IFPMA, internal review processes, and brand-specific guidelines.• Provide editorial and copyediting support to enhance clarity, accuracy, tone, and brand consistency across scientific, marketing, and creative deliverables.• Act as a bridge between Content and Creative teams—aligning messaging, visual storytelling, and execution expectations to improve output quality and reduce rework.• Perform proofreading and quality control checks for SFMC-based HTML email assets to ensure scientific accuracy, language quality, formatting, and visual consistency.• Train and mentor junior editors and proofreaders, sharing best practices, editorial frameworks, quality standards, and workflow efficiency methods.
