I am optimistic, but plan for the worst. I fight hard for the team and really enjoy the camaraderie of working to solve a big, hairy problem. I am adept at reading the room and pick up on undercurrents that others might miss. I am my own worst critic and am painfully self-aware. I make a lot of mistakes, because I take a lot of chances. I extend grace when others do the same. I prefer candid conversations about what needs to be improved, so we can address it, solve, and keep moving towards the goal. I build relationships across all titles and am not easily intimidated. I laugh at myself. I like to sing out loud which can make people simultaneously laugh and be embarrassed for me. I love a good process and don\'t get me started on spreadsheets. Thinking about what\'s next for a company is one of my favorite things to do. Being honest with the customer is a passion.(Excuse the buzzword.) I am artsy and creative and uncertain how that applies in a business setting, but it does. I am confident but mostly confident that I don\'t know everything and that\'s okay.I\'m learning. I love to learn new things.though I may need time to fully grasp the concept. I believe in a strong and kind company culture and creating it if it doesn\'t already exist. Lastly, I am not a fan of social media. Especially this site where we all seem to have very inflated views of ourselves. If you cannot be real with me and show me your worst side, we weren\'t meant to be connected. Yes, even you at the very tippy top.
