Monkey Puzzle is a strategic consultancy focused on developing exceptional people. We want to help people and organisations realise their mission and purpose, to see their ideas take flight and achieve great things.My role involves programme delivery for our clients; bringing the best mix of people to deliver our programmes, developing bespoke coaching and training and creating exciting new content for our courses. I combine this with coaching delivery where I have a strong interest in helping people manage anxiety issues. Our clients are CEOs and leaders in organisations who are innovators, visionaries, and game-changers in their fields. They have a very clear vision of where they want to go. The common link between them all is that they value their people. That’s why I’m passionate about helping them bring about positive and impactful change.
