Recent Achievements; Strategically reallocated talent resources within the Southern Region, resulting in £2.5M in Gross Profit and £1M in Operating Profit for 2022, achieving a remarkable 13% growth with productivity of £110K. Entrusted in 2021 to drive Tate\'s Inclusion and Diversity Strategy, fostering a culture of excellence that puts employees and customers at the heart of our service. Accountable for annual business strategy and financial planning, managing Profit and Loss (P&L), and optimising sales and service performance through meticulous financial forecasting and execution. Empowered high-performing teams through transparent accountability aligning them with the company\'s mission to exceed customer expectations. Recognised as a future-focused leader, shaping strategic decisions as a member of the shadow board for Impellam PLC.
