Producing events for Fortune 500 companies, event industry organizations, and non-profit groups.ENCHANTED CIRQUE: Executed magical evening reception at the Bellagio with circus tent draping, 4 chandeliers, custom 4-sided bar, feather centerpieces, 2 silk drops with aerialists, magicians, jugglers, and DJ/cellist musician. DRAI’S: Organized nightclub party featuring DJ Optic for the national sales meeting in Las Vegas. Décor included giant floating pool letters, glowing branded orbs, and branded pillows with coordinating black and white “what to wear” style guide for guests. INCENTIVE ACTIVITIES: Coordinated an afternoon of adventurous activities for attendees with options including golfing, 4-wheeling, shooting, kayaking, hiking, and driving super cars. PLAY TEAMBUILDING: Planned a unique team building night at the new adult PLAY bar in Las Vegas with retro prizes including Magic 8 Balls and Legos, and parting candy bags. REGENCY ERA COCKTAIL PARTY: Orchestrated sophisticated soiree decorating the ballroom with hundreds of candles, elegant seating arrangements, ballroom dancers, and costumed string trio. TEAM HOST: Hosted race team comprised of police officers and inner-city teens in special program fostering strong community relations over 4 days for the Sloans Lake Dragon Boat Race.
