I am an experienced product designer and researcher who specializes in user research, design thinking methods and facilitation. I work to help businesses understand their customers and end users, connecting their product value and success to directly address user needs and provide user-friendly, delightful experiences. I lead and execute research, bringing back insights to help teams and product inform strategic decisions. I have extensive experience helping teams at any phase - whether in need of early stage discovery and understanding through end UX and visual design for products and features. I approach things holistically while also knowing when and how to get into the complex details.I am experienced in leading digital product teams in gaining understanding the value of UX as well as evangelizing to cross-functional teams and business leaders through UX education. I have experience leading design teams in growing their design processes and tools as well as helping organizations evaluate their design team growth and pain points to build better, stronger internal design teams. I\'ve helped found and manage internal design systems.Additionally, I engage in helping understand the UX of teams and support how we evaluate and understand opportunities to improve team culture and processes.Skills & Tools- Research & Artifacts: user research and analysis, interviews, surveys, usability testing that result in user personas, journey mapping, service blueprinting, empathy mapping for team shared knowledge, understanding and empathy- Ideation & Design: from low-fidelity methods such as hand sketches, wireframes, user flows to high-fidelity design in Sketch and Figmathat can be translated into UX prototyping and prototype testing at any phase - Facilitation & Leadership: I\'ve run many design sprints with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to rapidly align, ideate and learn.
