As Director of Business Development & Marketing at Sonoco, I lead the marketing and growth strategy for our $1B steel tinplate consumer packaging portfolio—part of one of the largest packaging companies in the world.With 23+ years of experience in marketing, business development, and product innovation, I focus on building long-term plans, expanding into new markets, and optimizing product lines. I work closely with cross-functional teams to align strategy with execution, using data and analytics to measure outcomes and continuously refine our approach.Throughout my career, I’ve built a track record of driving measurable impact—both in corporate settings and in my community. One of my most meaningful leadership projects was managing a $9M capital build and program launch for the Darlington County Humane Society, bringing together vision, planning, and execution to serve both people and animals.Always open to connecting with others interested in growth strategy, packaging innovation, and meaningful leadership work.
