MVMS was then formed as a division of the PWS group in 2009, continuing a long history of innovation & development!During my time with Mobile VMS I have gained full knowledge of the products we supply and much more. As Office Manager, duties include organising and co-ordinating office operations and procedures on a daily basis, in order to ensure organisational effectiveness and efficiency. This involves working with suppliers to maintain stock levels whilst complying with OHSAS standards, process and allocating incoming orders and arranging staff schedules to meet the needs of both new and existing Customers. I am also responsible for answering all incoming calls and emails, recording the information in our CRM (Maximizer) and ensuring that all Customer queries are responded to in a professional and timely manner, whilst also managing several social media outlets to ensure our client base is kept up to date. My active role in our Accounts department means that purchase orders from Customers are processed and delivered ASAP and that the corresponding invoice is sent accordingly. Each day brings a new role. We are currently involved in projects throughout the UK and Ireland and there is always something new to learn as we are constantly making improvements.
