Becky McLaughlin is the New England Regional Distribution Director for Specialty Lines supporting the distribution of Hanover solutions in the Specialty Insurance Division including Professional & Executive coverages along with P&C and Marine lines of business.Becky has over 20 years of experience in a variety of roles. She’s held positions in underwriting for personal insurance, large commercial property insurance and casualty insurance. She later moved to the insurance brokerage side of the business and was involved in insurance production and sales. Her newest role at Hanover Insurance will draw on her extensive experience to promote sustainable new business growth across the Specialty Insurance Division.Becky’s current responsibilities include collaborating closely with Hanover\'s New England Field team, Specialty Underwriters and Regional Vice Presidents to support established agency partners while identifying new partnership opportunities and distribution strategies for Specialty Insurance solutions.Becky has lived in Boston, MA for over 20 years. She has two children, her son is a Senior at the University of Utah and her daughter is a Junior at Loyola Chicago. She enjoys knitting, skiing, traveling with her husband and is an avid reader of mysteries, historical novels and, yes, insurance publications.
