WORK HISTORY
Quality and Service Development Officer @Rethink Mental Illness
Quality assurance of excellent compliance with IPS Grow fidelity and staff professional development. Service development involving project management of new initiatives including Peer Specialism; Race Equality, Diversity and Inclusion; and piloting Primary Care referral pathway. My leadership of projects across the service has led our IPS service in embedding the Peer Specialism, and Race Equity across governance, training, partnership work, and data – driving systemic, sustainable change. For EDI, we’ve introduced Race Equity Champions, updated all policies and materials, and fostered a learning culture where inclusion is everyday practice. Our work has been independently recognised in our Fidelity Review as ‘excellent’ and ‘invigorating,’ particularly for our community engagement, inclusive practices, and team empowerment. My focus has been to create a service where equity is built in – not bolted on.
