Responsible for the overall system set up and daily management of the LMS to ensure an efficient and effective delivery of all content to learners. Served as implementation lead for Workday Learning, overseeing configuration, business processes, data gathering, testing, data verification, and training on new system. Gathered requirements and documented Workday Learning Governance and Standard Policy. Act as consultant and SME to internal content developers within the organization, sharing eLearning development best practices and guidelines, ensuring compliance with development design standards, and developing and publishing internal and external eLearning content to Learning System. Manage global training catalog for enterprise Learning Management System with courses to train employees. Created templates, digital graphics and photo library for use in eLearning content for internal groups. Developed online training program for Local Learning Administrators, including simulations, try-its, videos, work instructions, instructional media, and quizzes. Designed and developed Local Learning Administrator Community of Practice SharePoint site. Worked with functional Subject Matter Experts to develop HR Educational Training program on HR processes for all of HR globally.
