The Lee County Port Authority was established in 1987 to operate Southwest Florida International Airport and Page Field. Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) was certified for operation in May 1983 and has grown to be one of the top 50 airports for passenger traffic in the U.S. A new state-of-the-art terminal opened in 2005 and was designed with today\'s traveler in mind and tomorrow\'s opportunities in view.• Provide guidance and assistance to employees and managers on human resource policies and programs including recruitment, training and development, rewards and recognition, conflict resolution, employee engagement and performance management• Work with managers to coach teams for high performance• Provide full cycle recruitment services to the business including New Employee Orientation and onboarding• Deliver educational sessions to managers and employees on various HR related topics• Implement various HR programs and initiatives within the business• Work with other internal HR professionals in delivering/implementing functional initiatives to the business
