Becky Hrusovsky joined the Overmyer Hall team in May of 2012, as a Client Manager of mid-large sized commercial lines P&C clients. She was promoted to the Marketing Manager at OHA shortly after. In this position, she was responsible for new business development and risk placement. Becky managed company underwriter relationships, performed coverage analysis reviews and worked closely with commercial clients. In June of 2019, Becky was once again promoted, this time to Commercial Lines Operations Manager. Her new role focuses on the leading, training, and developing of the commercial lines service team. In this role, Becky is a source of knowledge that will help the overall growth of her team and the agency. Throughout Becky’s time at Overmyer Hall she has continued to help herself, the agency, and those around her grow year after year.Becky has worked in the insurance industry since 2003. She began her work with Huntington Insurance, where she worked as a Marketing Specialist before moving over to Overmyer Hall Associates. She performed tasks such as preparing submissions, working and negotiating with carriers, performing coverage analysis and preparing proposals and risk management recommendations for clients. Becky holds professional designations as a Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) as well as Construction Risk Insurance Specialist (CRIS). To add to that, Becky is licensed in both P&C and Health. These certifications highlight the work that Becky puts in to help separate herself from competitors.
