I am thrilled to be part of the resurgence in Detroit! Thumbprint Fulfillment fills the unmet need in Detroit for a warehouse, distribution and fulfillment center focused on the needs of small and medium sized businesses. We handle all the non-revenue generating tasks of inventory management, processing and filling orders, packing orders, kitting/assembly of products, etc, so that small and medium sized business owners can focus their time and resources on profitable sales growth. What differentiates us from our competition? It is our ability to customize our services so that we assist you in creating points of differentiation from your competition. Whether you set yourself apart through packaging, or a handwritten note, or a follow up phone call - we can do it for you! We either replicate how you have been doing it OR we find a solution that helps you achieve your goals. In addition to servicing companies that are based in Southeast Michigan, we have vast experience in working with foreign currencies, shipping agents and customs brokers, and so we have many customers that are internationally-based that are in need of a US fulfillment center. We know what services a small business requires. However, as every thumbprint is unique, so are the needs of every company. You can choose from a menu of services that we offer but only pay for those that you use. In addition, Thumbprint Fulfillment employees and trains women in Detroit to assist with kitting and assembly services.
