Full life cycle high volume recruiting to include:• Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending offers. • Coordinate pre-employment checks including references, background screening, and onboarding documentation.• Manage the applicant tracking system Oracle and maintain accurate candidate records.• Candidate Sourcing: Use a variety of channels (job boards, social media, networking events, employee referrals) to source and attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.• Source and Attend job fairs and set up offsite interviewing as needed for business needs.• Meet and discuss with management staffing needs and hiring goals and develop strategies.• Currently backup to Orientation and onboarding -Able to Schedule and present virtual orientation and explain corporate policies, benefit plans, Process I9 forms, and fingerprint submission.• Back up Recruiter/ Lead Sourcer for Charleston, WV and Parkersburg, WV and other offices within our region as requested.
