   Project manager supporting the initial launch of Workday at LabCorp across 60+ countries; with 117 integrations; 3 USA employees, contractors, and contingent workers. Workday modules include: Core HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent & Performance, and Reporting globally, Timekeeping and Payroll for USA only. Collapsed 11 systems into one enterprise HCM solution. Launch March 2022. Also managed the Workday divestiture of employees to a new company, Fortrea, effective June 30, 2023. Received the Chairman’s Award for this work. RESULTS: 1. Support over end to end testing scenarios globally. Coordinated three weeks of user Acceptance testing globally with over 350 testers. Facilitate process mapping of issue escalations, frost/freeze handoffs and retro pay changes. Coordinate communication with German Works Council to gain agreement on Workday utilization.4. Manage project plans working across Workday, ServiceNow, LearningPath for Labcorp, in coordination with Ernst & Young and Accenture partners for the divestiture.
