I have worked with A&S Recruitment on various projects since 2017 and I am pleased to be back supporting them in their next growth chapter.Specialising in the shipping and logistics sector for the last 18 years, they are seen as the number one \'go to\' agency in Felixstowe.I head up the Executive Search, Senior Management and Sales division.My role is to build relationships both with clients and candidates to ensure we are the forefront of connecting the right talent with the right client.We spend most of our life at work so I like to really get to know the client and understand their environment and culture so that I can then search for the perfect candidate to fill the role.I am passionate about helping people and I will always go the extra mile to find the perfect fit for both a candidate and client.
