I co-founded Female Energy, a webinar series highlighting women\'s experiences in the energy sector. By inviting diverse guest speakers, we foster open conversations and engage our audience in meaningful discussions.I was lucky to be introduced to Vicky Mant in December 2023 (my fellow co-founder; host & creator), she was also going through the same challenges and we discussed this at length and thought \"we can\'t be the only ones that feel like this\"! So, from those initial conversations was born: Female Energy! We decided to create a webinar series that shares the burdens; challenges or achievements women go through every day in the energy sector and enable an open; honest conversation to take place. We invite guest speakers from all walks of life to share their experiences and get the conversations following. As the energy industry is so diverse we decided to give this a U.K./ USA theme by having a speaker from each time zone in every episode, because there are so many different perspectives to learn from! We do everything between us, this includes: promotion; admin and research to make each episode run smoothly and discuss relevant topics that engage our audience! 2024 Female Energy was created and we are keen to watch this grow in 2025 and beyond!
